Ladies and Gentlemen. I am a customer of SumUp. My customer paid 200 instead of 100 using the SumUp card reader because I accidentally typed 200. As far as I know, the amount goes to your account and is then transferred to my account. So I wanted to transfer 100 back and accidentally transferred it to your account instead of to my customer's account. Then I would have to transfer another 100 to your correct account. That means the first 100 went to this account: DE15 5005 **** 0959 56** **. How can I get the amount transferred back to my account?

Madame, Monsieur

Ma cliente, Madame Brettes, ayant l'identifiant marchand suivant : MFNG4PVX, rencontre une difficulté avec son terminal de paiement Summum. Elle a effectué une certain nombre de transaction le 9 décembre et vous restez lui devoir une somme de 448,04 .

Elle vous avait adressé un RIB et demandé à ce que ces sommes soient transférées sur son compte personnel tenu au CIC les Halles à Paris mais cela fait plus de 6 jours et elle na reçu aucune somme alors que vous prétendez reverser les sommes sous 2 à 3 jours.

En conséquence, je vous mets en demeure, par la présente, de lui restituer cette somme sur le compte suivant avec ce RIB et ce dans les meilleurs délais.

Je vous en remercie par avance et compte sur votre diligence pour résoudre ce problème.

Resolved: Device blocked

They blocked our pin machine 3 weeks ago, support promises for 3 weeks to resolve the problem. But still not resolved. Now we are losing in 3 weeks almost 10,000 euro on sales for santaclaus comparing to past year. We cannot reach them by phone, mail or anything. Even during daily hours, they do not pick up the phone We are going to cord because they do not react. And we're losing around 5000 a week now because of them. People do not take sum up they are not reachable. WATCH OUT, THEY ARE CONMAN ...

Preferred solution: Solve the problem, the machine was oke but they blocked our machine without any reason. And are not reachable for a silution for 3.5 weeks aleeady. We lose a shipload of money during this months holidays...its a shame
